The Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center is currently operated from a rended building and provides 24-hour oncology and non-oncology services to the area’s patients. With your generosity, this 25-bed cancer hospital will be expanded to a 200-bed state-of-the art cancer hospital to serve more than 20,000 patients annually.
Located centrally in Janakpurdham, the capital of Province 2, the Binaytara Foundation is easily accessible to nearly 15 million people including those from the nearby Indian State of Bihar which is about 14 kilometers from Janakpurdham.
At its full-capacity, the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center is expected to serve 20,000 cancer patients every year.
As the only cancer hospital in the province with a population of 6 million, the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center is already experiencing a very high demand for oncology services. Construction of a 100-bed hospital building is scheduled to start in April 2021 as part of a two-phase plan to develop the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center into a 200-bed state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center by 2024.
